About us
Quake Help is a non-profit, web-based entity aimed solely at helping the people of Christchurch city. Our goal is to use our expertise in web-based volunteering to enable other concerned New Zealanders to make a meaningful contribution to the needs of Christchurch residents.
We will make every attempt to work with The New Zealand Government, Christchurch City Council and Civil Defence adhering to their wishes regarding how this site will operate and thus the site may change over time to reflect their professional input.
